Twisted Fork was a good reminder that daunting, overly-cluttered scenes shouldn't intimidate me, though they still can.

The bar was three times as cluttered as this but I started anyway.

The time and focus limitations force quick editing choices that make any scene manageable.

A lesson I keep forgetting and having to learn over and over again.

Urban Sketchers who follow my work won't likely be enthusiastic about these weird acrylic marker drawings, but it's been interesting trying something outside of my wheelhouse.

After I get a handle on how to use them (blending is a challenge) I'll take them on the road for some location sketching.
